| We had a fun first day on the Pearl St. mall in downtown Boulder. We enjoyed pizza, played in the rocks and watched some really bad street magic...but the kids thought it was good and that's what counts. |

| We went to Santa's Workshop in Colorado Springs and the kids loved it, especially Drake. He had this grin on his face all day long! Nana Vel and Grandpa Ken suggested we go here. We were all little skeptical at first thinking it wouldn't be much fun, but it is really an awesome place. Both kids and adults had fun! |

| We didn't realize that Santa's magic made the place 40 degrees cooler than the rest of the world so Drake went for the preppy look to warm up while he took Mommy for a stroll in his old jalopy. |

| We always love going to Garden of the Gods when we can. So we decided to take a drive through to see them, but as soon as Drake saw them he shouted "Drakey climb big big big rocks?!" |
